3.休息片刻,打破单调

如果您的孩子长时间坐着不动,他们很快就会让您知道该走动了。孩子的注意力持续时间很短,他们希望尽快从一项活动跳到另一项活动。如果孩子需要休息,即使是计划再周密、娱乐性再强的学习计划也会失败。因此,学生可以从正在做的事情中抽身出来,在课堂上四处走动。
