Each Academic year consists of four (4) terms
All School Fees are to be paid before the due date for payment mentioned in the invoice. Please refer to the School's Fee Structure (set out in the School’s website) for details regarding the School Fees.
For late payment of School Fees beyond the due date for payment mentioned in the invoice, a late payment fee of JPY100 (excluding consumption tax) per day, shall be imposed
Except for payment of School Fees at time of enrolment, it is preferred for payment of School Fees at all other times to be paid by GIRO. GIRO registration can be done on the day of enrolment.
Students should responsibly use the school property, any defacing on the same will be charged.

Bus registration charges will be applicable for regular routes and shuttle, while applying for the bus service for the first time and also if the bus service is resumed.

For the Cancellation of the Bus Services, a notice period of one month is required to be given to the School by the parents / guardians. For withdrawal, please fill in online withdrawal form - available in parent login myGIIS - side caption - 'school' - apply for withdrawal.
There should be a month’s notice given to the school office via mail, failing which, fee for the entire month will be payable.
Refund policy in case of withdrawal is applicable, only if the notice is given 1 month in advance. If the withdrawal notice is given after the generation of invoice for the next month, the whole month’s fee will be payable. There is no 15 days fee refund, the refund policy applies on a monthly basis.
At the time of withdrawal it is expected on the part of the student to return the library book before his or her last working day.
TC and other academic reports will be issued to the withdrawal student only after the approval from respective departments.

General

Students leaving school early for any reason must present a parent’s signed written note to the reception office or to the class teacher.
In case a student suffers from any contagious disease, it becomes mandatory on the part of the parents to submit a duly signed medical certificate to the school office.
The medical profile also needs to be duly filled, updated and submitted to the class teacher.

Promotion of the child will be entirely on the basis of his or her performance, aptitude and the age. No mid-year requests for promotions will be entertained.
Graders 1-8 Second and the third language cannot be selected as the same language.
Co-Scholastic activities such as Music, Yoga, ECA/ CCA are the part of the school curriculum and should be treated same as the academics.

Late fee charges of JPY 100 yen shall be applied for fee payment delays.
All fees are inclusive of 10% consumption tax and may undergo change if there is a revision in the consumption tax structure of Japan.

The tenure of the scholarship is between 1-2 years depending upon the scholarship availed by the student.

The scholarship fee is applicable only on the tuition fee mostly and does not include one time registration fee, transport or bus fee, uniform and miscellaneous fee.

Once the student is eligible for a scholarship, he/she must undergo a written test and an interview. Based on the final selection the student will be intimated through mail within 10 working days.

After receiving the scholarship, the student needs to register within two weeks and join the school within 90 days of receiving the scholarship.

Yes, if the fees is not paid before the due date JPY 100 per day charges for fee payment delay are applicable.

Parents have to submit their income certificates at the time of school admission process, and resident visa copies and ID proof if the student has availed any scholarship. The student and the parent must be a citizen or resident of Japan.

To cancel the bus services, parents must give one-month prior notice. If no notice or less than one a month notice is given, payment in lieu of notice will be payable.

The parents can re-apply for the bus services by paying the Bus registration Fee as per the School’s Fee Structure.
