GIIS Tokyo Winter Bootcamp 2025

A Winter of Creativity, Confidence & Discovery

This winter, let your child’s imagination come alive at the GIIS Tokyo Winter Bootcamp 2025 — a fun, hands-on, 5-day camp designed to spark creativity, confidence, and curiosity.

Open to both GIIS and non-GIIS students, the bootcamp offers a safe, multicultural, screen-free learning environment where children create, build, communicate, and grow — all while making new friends.

9:30 AM – 2:30 PM (5 hours daily)

GIIS Tokyo, Nishikasai Campus

Fee Structure:

GIIS Students: ¥32,000

Non-GIIS Students: ¥40,000

Modern & Trick Art (Grades 1–3)

Where art meets illusion — watch young artists bend reality with colour and creativity.

Young learners explore optical illusions, mirror art, chalk murals, and fun perception-based activities that blend creativity with simple science. Each day brings a new challenge, ending with an exciting Illusion Gallery Showcase for families.

Final Day Highlight: Parents walk through the Illusion Gallery, guided proudly by the young artists.

Junior Architects (Grades 4–6)

Design. Build. Test. Inspire — your child becomes an architect in just 5 days!

Children step into the world of architecture as they sketch layouts, design dream rooms, and build models of bridges, arches, and domes using simple materials. They learn structure, balance, and teamwork through playful, real-world activities, culminating in an Architecture Expo.

This workshop transforms teens into confident media creators. They learn to script, record, interview, capture footage, and edit their own productions using simple tools — building communication, collaboration, and digital media skills.

This camp will take young explorers on a journey of discovery through nature, creativity, and science. Each day will feature a new winter-themed adventure, sparking curiosity and hands-on learning.

Imaginarium Camp

Ages: 6-12

Theme: Imaginarium Camp

Time: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Venue: Nishikasai Campu

Cost: 85,000 JPY

For the imaginative minds, this camp opens doors to fantasy, storytelling, and dramatic play. Campers will create their own stories, build characters, and bring their ideas to life in an immersive world of creativity.

Creative Leaders Camp

Ages: 12 and above

Theme: Creative Leaders Camp

Time: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Dates: December 16 – 27, 2024

Venue: Nishikasai Campus

Cost: 52,000 JPY

Designed for aspiring leaders, this camp focuses on developing leadership skills through creative projects, teamwork, and entrepreneurial simulations. Teens will explore design thinking, collaboration, and leadership, empowering them to become confident future leaders.
