Why Academic English Matters More Than Conversational English in International Education

In international education, students need subject-specific vocabulary, critical thinking language and structured writing skills to perform well. Parent Testimonials
We have noticed a big difference in, I think, faster learning. Especially before, he was not very interested in singing some of the songs that we used to play. But because of the teaching that you do at GIIS, he's learning to pick up the songs faster. I was shocked because he was singing the Mother's Day song before the Mother's Day event. He really enjoys it. He's still 3 years old, so he's having a little bit of a hard time conversing in English, but every day I've noticed he's able to have conversations with me, so I think that's also part of the growth and that he's becoming older as well.
